ROADTRIP
We were so excited to spend the day at Santa’s Village. I have always wanted to go, and now that we have E, it’s a great weekend road-trip!
My favourite roadtrip breakfast is the Egg BLT bagel meal from McDees. We picked up our brekkies and coffee and hit the road bright and early. I packed E’s cooler full of his snacks, water bottle and milk. In E’s backpack, I also packed sunglasses and sunscreen. Our favourite sunscreen for E’s skin is the Green Beaver Kids Natural Mineral Sunscreen: Hypoallergenic sunscreen is natural solution to sun protection for children. No fragrance and easy to rub on. Organic Certified Ingredients. The drive up to Brace-bridge was beautiful, we took the back roads because there was a lot of traffic. When we arrived at Santa’s Village, the parking lot was barely filled up and parking is FREE! While in line, a lady gave us a coupon to save money towards our admission. Always look online for a discount code. The cost is $39.95 per adult or if you buy early in the year, you can save more $$ on a season pass.

Our first ride was the Christmas Ball Ferris Wheel. E was having a blast the whole time. He squealed “Weeeeeee” the entire time. I was so proud of him as he peeked over the edge of the balls as we went up and around.

Another of E’s favourites was the Petting Zoo. He chased after the ducks and feed the goats. He loved the dirty pig hiding in the mud to keep cool and the peacock digging for worms!
